I’m Fay, a non-traditional HR consultant with over 15 years’ experience in fast-moving start ups. I keep HR simple and practical, cutting out the jargon and focusing on what actually matters. My approach is about treating people like adults, not managing them with endless policies. Alongside HR support, I also coach individuals and teams, using tools like the Enneagram to build confidence, self-awareness and stronger leadership. Whether it’s hiring, day-to-day HR or professional growth, I’ll keep it real and keep it working.
